Great lights, Plug and Play within Reason
This is the 2nd set of lights from this company. I was very happy with the installation and results of the DIY LED light upgrade in my 2014 Prius V. Zero modifications needed there.Pictures are before and after modifications I felt I needed to do to the dust covers of my 2014 Ram 2500 Hemi 6.4. Although what you see zip tied to the outside of my dust cover would have fit inside with the actual bulb housing, I couldn't really find the best place to secure them and keep them away from heat other than what you seen.Yes, I secured the modifications/cuts & holes so that dust and/or moisture would have a difficult time getting in.All in all, it was fun and not too hard. Really love the lights and all it exposes late a night, whether they're street lights or not.

BRIGHT!
I bought new headlight housings to replace my original housings that were fogged up and looked old and terrible. I decided to upgrade to all LED bulbs in the new housings.First, I had an issue where I was trying to adjust the collar of the bulbs and lost the locking pin on one of them. I inquired to Fahren about a replacement pin or a size that I could buy myself, but they sent me a whole new pair of bulbs.Once I finally got the housings installed on my truck with the bulbs I drove down the road and couldn't believe how bright they are. No flicker that I can see (so far). I did have to adjust them down because everyone I passed was flashing me.These are super bright, I cannot yet comment on longevity but so far I'm happy with them.New headlight housings along with all LED bulbs made my old truck look brand new.

I own a 2014 Ford Explorer Police Utility Interceptor
the bulbs that it came with my Explorer were weak yellow trash lighting. Put these Fahren 9005/HB3 LED Headlight Bulbs in this late afternoon and WOW! even in the light of mid day they were impressive. They throw a lot of light but just being White Light is a major improvement. Took the Explorer for an early evening ride to test new lights and leaving them on low beam was actually enough light for most of the ride. I did a good purchase here for sure.

Minor switcheroo is required on 4Runner
This Bulb is very bright even during the day, to the point where people will ask why do you have a 22,000 Lumen light bulb on at 2pm. Yes, having a 22,000 Lumen bulb is crazy during the day but its the best during the night when you need to see what is ahead of you. Installing this bulb on a 2020 4Runner TRD OFF ROAD is quick and easy, but the blue rubber washer is too large. So, to those who wish to install this Bulb onto your 4Runner, the best is to remove the blue rubber washer and use the original Halogen rubber washer if that is what comes factory with your vehicle. It's that or get a whole LED headlight Housing unit.

H11 FACTORY DEFECT
****UPDATE 2**** I have installed them and sure enough the set screw caused my suspected issues on the H11, and a unexpected set screw issues on both 9005 & H11. The unexpected problem, was the set screw will not hold the collar as intended. As you should know, the proper installation require the LEDs to point to 9 & 3 o'clock so you're lights don't blind people and work as intended. The set screw and the collar is how you adjust this. When I was installing both sets, the force needed to push down the seals, was so great that once you turned the bulb to lock it in, the set screw slips and then your bulb is no longer where it should be. The fix I used was to use a cotton swab with a very thin layer of lube on the seals and mating surfaces, to lower the pressure needed to turn and lock bulb into socket. Also, I realigned the setscrew where it should be and tightened it up. Even with the fixes, I had to do it twice for each bulb. Also the reason I did it twice was part of my original complaint, the H11 set screw grabbed the seal and twisted it. The second try with the lube and it was ok. The low beams work incredibly well! Since I aimed them properly, they are not blinding yet I can see everything. The brights are unbelievably bright, but hard to aim.________________________________________________________________ The 9005 pair appear to be ok, but I have not installed them yet.The H11 pair have a definite factory/engineer defect. I have not installed these yet, so an update will be coming. As most of you know, modern headlights need sealed to prevent moisture and dirt from clouding up the lens. So this factory defect may not seem to be a big deal to some, but it could allow moisture in around the seal/O-ring. Picture 1 shows the blue O-ring isn't straight/flat. It has a bump. At first I thought it was just out of the groove, but on further inspection the allen set screw used to align your LEDs at 9-3 o'clock is what's holding it up. I then thought maybe it's not screwed down all the way, but I used the supplied allen wrench to check tightness. They were already tight Picture 2 & 3 I pulled the O-ring up to fully expose the set screw. Picture 4 & 5 I took notice of the position of the seal, so I would place it back properly and only fixed one bulb at a time to be sure. I used fingernail clippers to cut a small notch to make room for the set screw. This was my choice to fix it, but you could always try to find a shorter set screw, or grind this one down if you're good at working on tiny parts. Of course you could always return them Picture 6 & 7 is where I reinstalled the O-ring. Notice I used a pen to mark the O-ring with a small line so it was easier to line up the notch I cut to the set screw. Be sure to get the O-ring set straight in the groove. Also I am worried the O-ring could slip when I install on my SUV, so I gently cleaned the O-ring and the groove with alcohol. I used a cotton swab on the groove, carefully so as not to get any alcohol on the bulb or circuits. I also plan to put just a tiny bit of dielectric grease on the contact surfaces when I install them, to help keep the seal I place while turning them . Picture 8 is of the positive and negative marks ( + - ) on the plug. For those that don't know, LED is a Diode, a Diode that is Light Emitting, hence the name LED. A Diode is used to only allow electricity to flow in one direction. If you see a plain one on a circuit board, it has an arrow on it showing the direction. Some LEDs you don't have to worry about which side is positive or negative, they may have circuitry that makes it work either way. Some LEDs must be wired/plugged in to the correct polarity. I'm not sure how these are, but the plug is marked to help you. If they don't work, just flip the plug around. If you have a multimeter, you can use it on the car side of the plug to figure out for sure which side is positive. I'm confident I chose good LEDs and my fix will work. I probably have ruined my warranty doing this, but it is what it is. Sorry for the long review. I am off work for now and it's too cold to go outside so I am bored. I'm hoping Fahren sees this and replies and/or fixes the issue. It seems to be difficult to navigate their website to look up product or contact information. When the weather gets warmer I will install these and update my review

Great light disbursement and brightness! Better that the expensive GTRs for a quarter of the price.
I put these Fahren H11/9005 headlights on my 2007 Suburban. First, let me say what genius it is to sell these as a combo kit! I was really impressed with the nice, even light pattern they produced. I have GTRs from Headlight Revolution on my 2002 2500HD that I paid $450 for in 2019. Those are bright and long lasting, but the pattern is sort of spotty and not well distributed. My Fahren's do a better job and I only paid $110 for both low and high beams. Incredible value! My son was so impressed, he bought a set for his Suburban, too.

Very bright, but not blinding to oncoming traffic
A little harder to install than some other high-intensity lights I’ve replaced because these lights have a filter attached to them that is about 3 inches away from the actual light unit. The filter helps with the lights interfering with your automobiles electronic features, and vice versa. But this means you also have to try and mount the filter unit somewhere near the light socket, or it will just hand suspended and can bump all around while driving.

Easy to install
They work really well nice and bright BUT the only thing I would change if they made the wire from the little computer longer I had to use multiple zip ties to stretch out too keep it steady and anchor it. But very satisfied with them. I’m looking see if they make break lights now.

Fits 2020 Toyota 4Runner lowbeam w/ oem dust cover!
Highly recommend this for the 2014+ (face lift) Toyota 4Runner lowbeam! A lot of bulbs don't fit under the oem dust cover, this one does.In general these are DANGEROUSLY BRIGHT but if you take a couple minutes to adjust them properly you will be rewarded with an amazing cut-off that doesn't blind other drivers. The light output from these bulbs absolutely blows away the best I've seen from new German cars. I do a lot of driving on rural canadian roads at night & for the money, this was the best invested to protect my truck from animals on the road. This is vehicle specific but on the 4runner I noticed a small dead spot directly in front of the truck that wasn't there with the halogen bulbs, I was told this is normal when LEDs are installed in projector housings. The fog lights fill that dead spot but I thought I should bring it to the attention of 4runner owners who might want to upgrade the fogs as well. *Please adjust & aim your headlights after installing these to keep the roads safe for everyone.*

Super Bright
The Fahren Termitor 9005 (high beam) is super bright! Can see further and clearer down the road at night 🌙. Only down side is no DRL. Bought an antiflicker harness to resolve the issue but still no DRL on a Dodge Journey. So for that issue I rate it 3 stars
