Llevo un año usándola, jamás he tenido algún problema con la cámara, funciona muy bien incluyendo en las noches, muy buena visión y solo la he tenido que cargar con el cable dos veces en este tiempo.La recomiendo.

I wanted to get my brother a reverse backup camera for his new truck, but he wouldn't let anyone mess with the wires or dashboard. I found this camera searching on amazon. There is nothing to install. You can't possibly go wrong. It uses a solar panel for power and wireless transmitter of the video to the included screen. If there isn't enough sun you can charge it with a usb. Less than 1 minute installation! Such a neat idea.

I've always wanted a backup camera so I was extremely eager to see if I can get my Boscam SunGo Pro Backup camera to work.All parts were delivered, bracket/camera, monitor, power/lighter cord, USB cable, the all important manual and what looks like a small pry tool. I was able to follow the instructions, which were well written, without hesitation. Charging the camera and attaching it to the license plate was simple enough. Once I plugged the monitor into the port, turned the camera on (the pry tool exposed the on/off switch by the USB port) the monitor displayed what area the camera was pointing to. Bingo! The color, brightness and clarity is better that I ever expected.Hooray...finally stress free backup driving. EXCELLENT product along with ease of installation-especially installed by a woman 66 years of age!

The system probably works fine but I was not able to test it. The camera-and-battery assembly would not fit on the license plate of my 2011 Chevy pickup, the rear bumper gets in the way.Also it appears you have to glue the battery and camera to the back of your license plate using the provided double-sided tape, making it impractical to try to move this between vehicles and what do you do if you have to change license plates?The battery blocks out the bottom part of the license plate, which is illegal in some (most? all?) states.In all this was completely unuseable so I returned it. = = = = = = = = = =On reflection and further consideration, it seems like this system deserves a better rating than 2 stars.I was able to simulate an installation on my truck and it did work correctly. It just couldn't be installed permanently due to the back bumper getting in the way of the battery. The manufacturer has advised me that they are investigating some design changes to make it a more universal fit. It'll be interesting to see how that turns out.Also I have determined that you do not need to glue the camera to the license plate. That is one option but the camera could just as well be mounted either to the plate or the back of the vehicle with fasteners.All in all, promoting this from 2 stars to 4 stars. The 5th star will follow if they solve the mounting problem.
