Good and premium product , easy to use , good quality .. must have in your kitchen 👍🏻

Disappointed with the Product due to the following:1. The burner closer to the Knobs cannot be used for long time, like more than 20 minutes. The knobs become very hot, and can’t touch with bare hands, scared first time, thought the knobs would melt off.2. Takes very long to heat up/cook.3. Unable to return the Product as Return window closed 2 days ago.For these reasons, I would not recommend this Model

WITHIN BARELY 3 YRS ALL THE BURNERS ARE BURNT OUT, AND THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN SPECIFICATIONS OR DIMENSIONS FOR REORDERING, THEY CLAIM IT IS BRASS ITS JUST SOME CHEAP MILD STEEL THAT GOT CORRODED AND THEN POWDERED UP, DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT BETTER GO FOR ANOTHER PRODUCT. IF YOU CALL COMPANY TO ORDER NEW BURNERS THEY WILL FIRST TAKE VISITATION CHARGE I TOLD THEM I DO NOT WANT VISITATION ONLY THE BURNERS THEY REFUSED

Missing the rubber Seal to pack the hob from all sides. GLEN team pl provide the same asap.

Its burners got bent in one year of use. And asking for replacement of burners since one year to customer service but no response from them. Do not buy this product.

I bought in 2019 and till now changed all 4 burners thrice and again burners are spoli.1st time they got spoilt within 6 month along with self ignition. No proper customer service
