Bought this for sleep but im unsure how it effects me
Finding information on dosing is difficult for a before bedtime tea. I boil 1-2 grams in about 8 oz of water for 5-10 min. Does not taste like roses. And it definitely doesn't knock me out but its antidepressive effects are noticeable. Nice after a stressful day. I have seen a few papers which use a 2 phase hot water + ethanol extraction method to pull more active compounds out but havent tried it.
