Its a bit pricey but so far so good. I installed this item in the winter and so far no problems with ice or snow blocking my furnace pipes. The true test will come the end of this year summer/fall when birds and other rodent are looking to get some place warm for the upcoming winter. Make sure to have an end coupling for your pipes to seat these into.

Love it! YOU ONLY GET ONE IN THE BOX, they cost a lot. I had to buy it to keep the birds out. I like that they are strong metal should last forever and critters can not chew through them. They'll stop those little critters from entering. Very easy to install. I installed on Oct, so far they are doing great.

Waiting for a prolonged stretch of very cold weather so I can see how this affects the icicles that usually form. So far I rest a little easier knowing the critters & leaves cannot get inside. Very well made.

Seems OK but got to be quite expensive with shipping.

By any measure, a pricey product...... however, it fits and works as advertised, and must have hard metal to keep the little critters from eating it! Purchase a pair, or pairs to save money over the single unit price.

Like others have mentioned, it's a bit pricey, but it is a high quality product. Installs as expected and will probably last forever.

We used this on an outside furnace vent to keep critters out. Very easy to install and works fabulously.
