Received the item with less than a 1/4 inch of fluid

You only receive one lighter
Lighters look and operate great but the ad and pictures are very misleading. They show four lighters instead of the one that you get. And even though it says quantity of one I took that as one pack of 4

this lighter lights when it wants to. sometime it want light at all it is crap. don't waste your money on this.
