Peanut free!
Just so you know, there are no peanuts in this mix. You have the option to add any nut butter of your choice. I'd been wanting "peanut butter" cookies for years since our allergies were diagnosed, but peanuts are not an option for us. I made this mix usingย Sunbutter Natural Sunflower Seed Spread, 16-Ounce Plastic Jars (Pack of 6) ย and it was EXACTLY like the peanut butter cookies my mom used to make (you know, the ones rolled in sugar and pressed with a fork). I'm planning to make some more with dairy free chocolate- like the hershey's kiss ones- for Christmas. The batch made with one bag was huge. About double the amount you usually get from a cookie mix. Anyway, I highly recommend this mix. As a matter of fact, I haven't tried anything from the Cravings Place that didn't taste like the original gluten version I remember so go ahead and try whatever sounds good. You won't be disappointed!

Great Vegan Cookies!
This is a very tasty mix. I've made great vegan friendly peanut butter cookies that don't last long at my house. Pretty easy recipe as well. Just Use non-dairy "butter" vanilla, about a cup of water and mix for about a minute, and you're done. I used a little more water the second batch than it called for and it mixed better and you can shape the cookies easier on the cookie sheet.I recommend this mix as a vegan alternative or just to make great peanut butter cookies. Enjoy!

awesome gluten free cookies
I have been gluten free for several years and have found this cookie mix to be very close to my wheat flour recipe. I keep this cookie mix on hand for a quick fresh baked cookie treat.

Pretty darn good
I'm allergic to eggs, so finding a good cookie mix can be tough. I've made my own from scratch before, by using more oil, or a cider vinegar solution, or potato-based egg replacer, but those aren't quite as good. This brand has really nailed it on the brown rice flour, and the perfect amount of secondary ingredients. The ingredient list is short and understandable, unlike others with a huge list of preservatives and unpronounceables. I'm giving it four stars because they came out a bit dry. I think you need a little less mix compared to peanut butter and water than they claim, but I'll have to test that theory out soon.

Surprisingly tasty and easy to use or modify
I got this mix to make a quick batch of cookies for a bake sale at church. I modified it to use virgin coconut oil instead of margarine, and only 1/4 cup of coconut oil. I still used 1 cup of peanut butter (natural fresh ground from the store). And I used only 1/2 cup almond/coconut milk. It mixed up well.I made each cookie 30 grams, and made a total of 34 cookies. Baked for 23 min, and they were done. Very easy to make, and I was surprised at how good of the taste it was. I'm usually not crazy about peanut butter cookies, but these were delicious, and my fiance who loves anything peanut butter really really really loved these. These had a good crunchy edge and then chewy throughout. If I baked them less, they might be more softer/chewy.
