Great for core rotations
Currently on my core rotations for medical school. I’ve been working on what questions to ask when interviewing patients and this helps out so much. Also helps that it is easily pocketable.

Indispensable tool for taking a H&P
This product was recommended to me by a physician on my 3rd year rotations to make sure I got a thorough history from my patients, not missing any detail that could be relevant to the patients present illness. The book fit in my white coat pocket snugly and the binding and covers are very durable. I highly recommend this product to get the clinician in the habit of taking a thorough history because, as the saying goes…..the diagnosis is in the history (or at least 80% of the time). As far as the Physical Exam pages, there were places to either check off what the patient presented with or places to fill in any other details. This was also good because it would jog my memory to systems that I needed to check that I might have forgotten or glossed over until I get into my routine of doing a physical exam. Coming right out of med school, students know all these tests and exams but they aren’t ordered in our brain in a way to be able to use them in a systematic and diagnostic way. So breaking it down by system really helped me feel more confident knowing I wouldn’t miss anything.I found by the end of that rotation I had solidified my history and physical exams to a very efficient time with the patient and their family.

Just what a medical student needs!
I just started my clinical rotations, and I was looking for a better way to record all of the information that I was needing to take down on the patients that I was seeing. I went through plenty of my own templates, just to find that there was something else that I needed to have a place for. This Note template is complete in not only what I need to know when thinking about the patient but also in what my attending needs to know when I am presenting during rounds. It is also super handy to have the different types of notes available as being a medical student your clerkships change every couple of months and not every service prioritizes the same information. This is something that I wished I would have had when I started rotations, and I am definitely not going back to how I was doing patient notes before.

Great templates for medical students in their clinicals.
Perfect templates for learners. Keeps ideas organized and trackable from day to day. Serves as a reminder for pertinent information that needs to be obtained from patients. It makes presentation easier as well keeping ideas on track and grouped appropriately. Well thought out and put together.
