I stumbled across these on Amazon and I love love love them. I have difficulty grasping and turning door knobs sometimes due to neck injuries so when I saw these I had to check them out. I was a bit skeptical but the videos and reviews convinced me to try. As an Amazon prime customer the shipping and return policies made it that much easier to try knowing I could return if needed. In all I bought 3, two of this style and two of the Lindingham, all 3 privacy knobs. This style went to my office and Master bath and the other to my Master Bedroom, the rooms I use the most. The first install was a bit dicey mostly because it was different but like suggested I watched the installation video first and slowly followed the directions. The install went great and the others were truly pop out the old, pop in the new in 10 minutes once I had already done it. The suggestion to not tighten the latch face plate screws fully until the main lock body has been threaded through the prongs on the latch tail is key to an easy install so definitely follow this suggestion too it will save you much grief and time. I will mention that one of the 3 knobs was missing 1 of the 2 mounting screws for the lock. I called the number on the directions and within 10 minutes a replacement lock was on its way (not as fast as Amazon delivery but they gave me no trouble, were very polite and considerate and I would deal with Brinks (through their main company Hampton Products) again for that customer service alone). The ability to go from room to room, in and out without having to turn the knob may not seem like much to some, but to others it makes a difference on whether to even bother, especially on those days I can't even hold a fork long enough to finish a meal. The push speaks for itself but even the pull helps more than expected. I don't have to grasp the knob as tightly and i don't have to turn it, just a light pull and it opens. Even without the bargain price from Amazon I would buy more of these. And did I mention I didn't have to leave the house, they came to my front door for free with my Amazon Prime? I say, Love it, Buy it! Please note I posted the same review on the other model if this seems familiar.

I bought/installed this doorknob 15 months ago. It doesn't lock, I did not want it to lock, we have a deadbolt above it.I really loved coming into the house with just a push of this knob.However, it has been getting stickier, it requires turning, not just pushing.And then today my non-locking doorknob locked me out. My daughter was locked in. Neither one of us could push/pull/turn the knob to open the door.We have another way in and out of the house, when I found the time to disassemble this doorknob I found the mechanism had slid somehow so the knob no longer connected to the bolt that engages to slide into the door frame, making it impossible to withdraw the bolt. It effectively locked the door.I was able to fix it, and we have since reinstalled the knob. However I now know it requires some periodic tuning to make sure that it doesn't lock me out again.

THIS IS MY SECOND BRAND NEW KNOB AND THE PUSH PULL ROTATE IS GOOD IT JUST HAS A LOCKING PROBLEM ON BOTH THE FIRST ONE I RECIVED WORKED ONE DAY THEN THE KEYS WOULD NOT WORK IN THE KNOB TO LOCK OR UNLOCK THE DOOR AND HAD TO GET A REPLACEMENT REPLACEMENT CAME AND I INSTALLED IT WICH IS SUPER EASY TO INSTALL BUT I CANNOT GET THE DOOR TO LOCK USING THE INSIDE BUTTON YOU CAN TURN THE BUTTON ABOUT A 1/4 TURN THEN IT STOPS LIKE IT IS BINDING AND WILL NOT GO ANY FURTHER SO YOU CANNOT LOCK IT FROM THE INSIDE UNLESS YOU USE THE DOOR KEY THEN IT TURNS AND LOCKS BUT HAVING TO USE THE DOOR KEY ALL THE TIME EVEN WHEN YOU GO TO LOCK THE DOORS AT NIGHT IS A PAIN . I AM GOING TO HAVE TO ASK FOR ANOTHER KNOB OR A RETURN AND REFUND BUT THIS KNOB HAS SOME PROBLEMS WITH THE LOCKING CYLINDER . I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER ONE AS TWO HAVE BEEN SENT TO ME AND BOTH ARE DEFECTIVE IN THE LOCKING MECHANISM AND BOTH WERE DEFECTIVE NEW IN THE BOX

Conclusion: Fantastic door knobs, even if you don't use the pull-push novelty function.Pros+ Push, pull or rotate to open+ Great silver finish, with a transparent enamel on the top gives it a glossy finish.+ Super soft to open when rotatingCons- The push and pull is limited by the friction that the closing latch puts in the strike plate, so sometimes it is impossible to open via push / pull, depending on your door, installation, etc... consider this seriously.- On one side of the door you can either pull or push, not both, so be careful when installing, you should want the push side on one side if the door opens to the outside or inside.- If you buy the locked version of the doorknob, you might not get the right combination (because it is not interchangeable) on the side you lock the door AND if you want the push or pull on that side, so check this so you don't end up with frustration.

I love these door knobs ...I hope to never go back to Traditional knobs!! Easy to install if you read the directions and beware and warned can only be installed on in swinging doors...that said I've got a basement door that swings out and am going to reverse the door in order to add a knob on that door as well...shouldn't be too difficult for this 51yr old woman!! But hey keep returning those knobs because your loss is out Warehouse gain!! I thought I'd need to get use to using them and not the case I am very glad when hauling stuff into the house groceries hauling laundry etc etc the hauling list is endless that I made these purchases!! I bought 5 of them and heck wanna give them as gifts for family and friends!! Just love!!

Used this for a basement interior door. Love it! Great when you have arms full of laundry and can’t turn the knob. Will definitely buy more!!

I was sent a product that was defective, and had already clearly been returned by someone. Not only did it not work, but it was all scratched and dented, and all the hardware was stripped. Completely unacceptable.

All parts were provided with easy to follow instructions in the box.
