Q: This floss is $22 for 96 yards vs. something like $3.49 for 100 yards of regular floss. Is there any reasonably priced alternative?

I bought Cocofloss for a couple years because my dentist recommended it. It's good, but expensive, about $0.26/yard. I recently switched to Xlent floss (Amazon's Choice) for .09/yard and love it. It might be slightly thicker than Cocofloss, is charcoal black and you can see all the gunk it picks up. Worth a try!

Q: Is this any different than other woven, unwaxed floss? I use the Reach/Listerine brand and it works much better than unwoven, waxed floss.

When my dental hygenist suggested coco floss I was sceptical also. It is the best floss you will ever use. It makes you mouth and teeth feel so clean and refreshed. The material is unlike anything on the market. I have used them all. I know it is expensive, but it is worth every penny.
