We make a our cooling band narrow and so it's just the right size and lightweight, yet effective. We turn and hide all of our seams and finish our tie ends at an attractive angle for a quality look. All Blubandoo cooling headwear contains our own high performance, non-toxic polymer cooling crystals made exclusively for us, to our specifications, for this exact application. These cooling crystals evolve into a gel when immersed in water. They then stay hydrated and cool the wearer, due to evaporation, for several days before they dry and slowly return to their original state. No refrigeration is necessary and our high quality Blubandoos are reusable and washable time and time again. Just soak it in water for 5 minutes and it'll keep cool for hours, often times for days!
