it is not completely manufactured, missing serrations.
1. images 1 & 2 are from the old wiper arm assembly. Serrations/grooves from image 1, the male part (indicated by arrow) fit into image 2, which is the female part. serrations make it oscillate perfectly. the to and fro motion is achieved perfectly.2. The part sold on Amazon is not having serrations. So, it will fit loosely on the male part. and it will loosen and slip when operated at the highest speed. you can't force-tighten it on the bolt. it'll make bolt go bald and you have to change the whole machine assembly.3. So my suggestion is don't buy it unless it is manufactured correctly.4. jugaad or makeshift method is,if the plastic part which fits on the bolt is intact from the old wiper arm, you can fit that on this new arm with the spring and it can work. it's the only way.
