I have been searching for the "perfect" backpack to use as a purse/daily bag since 2020. Now I'm pretty picky, especially about pockets and construction. This one is just right! The price is good, the bag is cute, and it fits all kinds of stuff. I saw it listed, had to order it, and it did not disappoint me!I'm choosing to use the clear pockets like an "Ita bag" to display some of my favorite pins. I did of course have a large collection before ordering the bag, but the clear windows were a good selling point for me! I'm using a black piece of cardboard in the pocket, and it means I never have to worry about losing my enamel pins. The inside of the bag is nice and roomy. The laptop pocket fits my tablet perfectly (10 inch screen), I'd say it can fit a 12 inch laptop. The 2 smaller pockets infront of the laptop pocket are nice, they fit my kindle paperwhite well, which is under 5 inches wide so the pockets are probably around 5-6 inches wide and deep as well, tho they are obscured behind my switch case. I could have fit the keyboard & mouse I use for the tablet in that laptop pocket as well, and of course you can see I have plenty of room in the bag still and it has more than my daily needs.The only cons I can find are:1. You do have to loop some of the straps thru the buckles yourself. Now I personally didn't mind this at all, I already knew how to do this. But if you've never had to use something similar I could see it being confusing. Seller could help with this by adding a video to the product page showing how to properly attach them. Mild concern is that not all of the straps are "finished" in my eyes, they are not folded over and sewn to prevent fraying. This is inconsistent as some of them are "finished" and it would be better for them to all be that way, as you can still thread the buckles with them like that. You can tho, prevent them from fraying by running a lit lighter along the end of the strap, it will melt the fibers together and you wont have to worry about them fraying.2. The free accessories are low quality. Also not a huge issue to me personally, I would have ordered the bag by itself for the same price. But I can see someone excited about the free accessories being disappointed. Now I do like that they include them, because it does show that the bag is very plain because you are meant to customize it and dress it up to your preference. The accessories themselves are very cute, but the chains are extremely weak. The smallest pull on them and they break. As you can see the one pink acrylic keychain I used from them the chain is really short because it kept breaking and I'd have to link it smaller. One of the acrylic pins broke right away. I did give the cow to my sister, and she loved it. Its a cute little plush but I'd recommend putting it on a different chain to actually use it. If the seller were to use slightly better chains for the acrylic charms this issue would be mostly resolved as well.

This backpack is super cute and was a great find. The buckles don’t feel very strong, but it’s not a deal breaker for us. My kiddo loved that she could place the pins wherever she wanted and could customize it. Color is a little closer to ballet pink compared to the warmer shade in the photos. Fabric feels soft, also might not be super durable but again not a deal breaker for us. I do wish the straps had a sewn finished edge to be more visually aesthetic.

I am very disappointed with this backpack. I purchased it for my granddaughter within the week of receiving it the plastic parts on the straps broke. I was sent another and within 2 months the same thing now it is to late to return it. I tried to notify the seller I purchased it from it allows you to write an email but there is no way to send it. This backpack was $24.00 money I wasted and I had to go out to purchase another for my granddaughter. There should be some type of compensation, but you can not notify the seller. I will purchase anything else from this brand.

i love this backpack!!! but the zipper keeps breaking, and they stitches are coming out:((

My middle school daughter loves this backpack, but we're not even a month into school and the top seems where the zipper are are already tearing. I've already had to sew it to make sure it doesn't rip off completely. I know it's not going to last the whole year. It's a shame. We love the style, but unless your kid barely has anything they need to carry in their packs, I wouldn'trecommend.

I was scared bc of the mix comments but so far the year is about to end and this backpack has done all school year and still in good conditions and my daughter don’t take good care of it she’s in 3 grade perfect sizes too.

I got the backpack in good condition. The pins on the photo were not the ones I got so they are different but still cute!!!

Great backpack bought it for School it’s awesome one day I was in the car drinking water and I spilled it on my backpack and I realized that it was not soaking through and when I wiped it off there was no mark or stain then I figured out it was water proof at the time when I bought it it did not say it in the description I’m over all very happy with my purchase but the pins are easy to lose and the knots on the zippers come out very easily

I used to buy from Smiggles and daughter liked it as it looks good in pictures. When it arrived , it looks like $15 bag from budget store. No value for money. I need to buy another bag for my daughter now.😟
