This is my favorite product with our pond
Takes time but works!! This is my favorite product with our pond. Now that it is established this keeps it pretty maintenance free. I did grow impatient but their customer service was amazing and answered my call personally...no machine...and gave me tips on what to do. Great product with noticeable results...just be patient.

Try it, and be patient.
This is my repeat order. I ordered the regular non-plus version last time. This stuff works, but you have to be patient. Turn off your UV light, follow the weekly dosage instruction, and wait. Nothing happened in my pond for the 1st couple weeks, then the string algae on the rock waterfall started disappearing. Then the water condition keeps improving as algae continues to disappear. Although this product can not remove every piece of algae at every corner of my pond, It does remove the string algae in the large main area of the pond. It has been more than a month since I use this stronger "Plus" version. And I am happy as the algae is still under control especially during and after our sunny summer.I have tried unsuccessfully many remedies for algae in my koi pond. But I would recommend you to try this Bio-pond product.
