According to APFill, our average coverage per page is in the 3-5% range. Over the past year, we've only averaged 600 printed sheets per cartridge before the machine would just refuse to print even one more page. The product claims yields of up to 2000 sheets, but of course it does not state the coverage rate for that claim. So, yes, at roughly 1-2% coverage, these cartridges may in fact yield "up to" 2000 printed sheets.The quality is OK at best. If you need professional documents, then move on. If you just need something legible, then the quality is fine. On occasion the toner tends to smear on thicker materials like card stock, labels, or glossy paper. The only explanation for this is that the toner is not fusing to the paper. The same printer with an OEM cartridge does not have this problem.The only redeeming quality is the price. If you were to compare the price of 4 (2400 sheets at 3-5%) of these cartridges at $30.00 to a new OEM cartridge at $70.00 (2000 sheets at 5%) you're still coming out on top if you don't mind "OK" quality.

I have no problems with this toner, even though it's not made by Canon. I love my Canon printer and this toner works great for normal everyday tasks for both professional jobs and non-professional ones. This is the second time I've ordered this product from Amazon and, so far, NO ONE ELSE has been able to beat the price this is sold for on Amazon.

Their inexpensive, finish quality is fine, my machine always seems to have problems with these cartridges. To be more specific, it will pop up with a paper jam when there is not one and I will have to open it up and close it and it will start again. Im not sure what the problem is, if I had to take a guess, excess toner is accumulating in the machine and setting it off. Maybe my machine just sucks, I don't really want to spend $60 on a single canon cartridge to find out. Inconvenience matches the price point so I will buy again.

This was my second order from them for now a total of 8 toners. The quality is good and close to the originals. Towards the very end the quality does go down and I just swap for a new one rather than milking them for every last drop. The first order I placed shipped the same day placed. This last order did not ship for 6 days which put us in a bind. I emailed them through Amazon and got a reply within an hour(!) saying that they had a small flood in their warehouse and had to wait a few days for a restock. They then offered me a $20 credit on the order. The customer service response was very timely, professional, and apologetic. The $20 was not necessary but they now have me for life. I purchased 4 of these toner cartridges. I frequently buy "compatible" laser toner cartridges from Amazon sellers (i.e. not the expensive ones from Canon) so I know that in general the quality is not exactly the same as the new toners from the manufacturer. However, these were the worst I've ever bought. The print frequently rubbed off of mailing labels so that portions of the addresses were completely missing. When my customers returned documents that I had sent them to sign, the print would often be smeared, appear on the folded underside and in general looked terrible. One cartridge put a black streak down the side of my pages. The 4th cartridge that I tried to use today prints pages where 2/3 of the page is literally entirely black and the remaining 1/3 of the page is streaked in black lines--cannot use even to print emails for my own use. One month return period so I'm out of luck. I guess I should have either put all 4 cartridges in for a test run within the first month or only purchased what I would use prior to the end of the return period. I'm still giving it 2 stars because I was able to use two of them. However, not happy with these!

You get more life from store bought but that is a one to one comparison. Here I get 4 for 1/2 the price of one

These toner cartridges are terrible. I purchase aftermarket toner cartridges almost exclusively and I have found some really terrific ones with quality and lifespan as good as advertised; this is not one of those items. I bought a four pack, and the first cartridge lasted through two reams of paper before the black line down the center of the page was so bad as to render it unreadable. I installed a second cartridge, which lasted less than a ream before exhibiting the same problem. I'm now on the third cartridge, and within about half a ream it started leaving large blank spots across the page. These cartridges were all properly installed per the manufactuer's instructions, and gently rolling, tapping, etc, have done nothing to correct the problem. I installed a new cartridge from another vendor and the problem has gone away, so clearly this is trouble with these cartridges and not with my printer. Attempts to contact the vendor regarding the "100% guarantee" have gone unanswered.These may seem like a great deal, but when you find yourself wasting sheet after sheet after sheet of paper just trying to print out something that is halfway legible, any money you may have saved on toner disappears pretty quickly. Factor in the fact that these last less than half as long as advertised (and I only got that far by tolerating significant defects in printing) and these are just plain not worth the money.

I have been ordering from Tonerize for a couple of years now. Recently I had one bad ink cartridge bad out of the 4-pack I purchased. I was unable to use the cartridge at all. I contacted Tonerizer and within 1 week, they sent me a replacement ink cartrige and a UPS label to return the damaged cartridge to them. It didn't cost me a cent. Great customer service experience. I will continue doing business with them and tell everyone I know about their great customer service.
