Taste is OK, very light, so not a problem for me, it is easy to transfer from the bottle to a spoon. I notice a difference in my skin, I like it.

Bought SiberianGreen Sea Buckthorn seed oil in February 2022. Very well sealed with both boxes and bottle cap plastic wrapped, with date in 2024. Concave small holed outlet enables slow, measured dispensing easily.

I am takin this as a prebiotic and I think it helps. As I also take chicory fibre and banana starch ( resistant starch) so I think it’s a combination which helps gut health.

From many tries in search for good quality product, I can assure you - this is real one.It works, it tastes as natural product.I certainly will order again, when the time will come.

I hadn’t heard of Siberian Sea Buckthorn Seed Oil before. I did some research and it appears to have a long list of benefits when used either externally or internally. I have taken by spoon and although not a pleasant experience it doesn’t tase too bad. I didn’t realise that each bottle contains 7 servings. That makes it a pretty expensive supplement. Saying that, when I looked at alternatives, this one is competitively priced. I am going to try it on my skin next. I think I will use the rest externally so that it lasts longer.
