Delicious, Keto-Friendly, and a Perfect Panko Substitute
I bought the Pork King Good Pork Rind Breadcrumbs (Italian flavor, 2 pack), and they’ve quickly become a staple in my kitchen. As someone who cooks keto and low-carb meals, these are a lifesaver — zero carbs, gluten-free, and packed with flavor. The Italian seasoning adds a nice kick that works beautifully for breading chicken, pork chops, or even sprinkling over casseroles. The texture is spot-on as a panko substitute: crispy, light, and it browns up nicely without getting soggy. I love that it comes in two large jars — plenty to experiment with different recipes, and the resealable packaging keeps it fresh. One of my favorite ways to use them is mixing into scrambled eggs — sometimes with chicken, turkey, or even beef — and it tastes amazing. It adds flavor and crunch that makes a simple meal feel special. I’ve ordered both the plain and the Italian flavors, and they’re both excellent. The plain is versatile for any recipe, while the Italian adds that extra punch of seasoning. It’s hard to find keto-friendly products that taste this good and feel this versatile, but this one nails it. Great value for the price, and I’ll definitely be keeping these on hand for my cooking.

Good quality, great for adding to recipes.
Good quality, fresh and stable. Great for keto cooking, substitute for bread crumbs in recipes. Absorbs flavors of what you are cooking. Even sweet treats.

Wonderful substitution
My husband and I have gone to the carnivore diet and this product are a new staple in our house. Where I used bread crumbs for meatloaf, now I use the crushed pork rinds. Where I used to coat foods that I was going to fry in flour, I now use these. To me, the taste is better! The texture is not mealy, but very soft. The flavor has a hint of salt. The fried texture is a nice, crispy coating. This works great for cooking and is carb free.

These are great and convenient.
Great "breading" for people who don't want the carbs of real breadcrumbs. I am on the carnivore diet, and I use these to bread my fish, and my chicken cutlets. Delicious. I have used the original and the unseasoned. Both are great and convenient.

Too salty for me!
I like these and even have them on subscribe and save, but I do have to say I think they’re a bit salty. It doesn’t stand out so much when baking a savory thing, but I tried making ”cereal” and there were definitely way too salty for that.

Best way to have pork rind breadcrumbs!
These are always good. It is great for meatloaf, breading chicken, and my favorite is for my chaffle recipe. Makes vooking easier because I can count on these to be consistent in flavor and smell. Which if you buy bags of pork rinds can be an issue for me. I am sensitive to smell and never have an issue with these.

Great for seasoning.
I use these in combination with the flavored ones or with herbs from the garden. They add texture as some flavor to whatever I use them on whether veggies, meats or noodles. Great for diabetics or those on keto or who have celiac disease.

🤍🐽👑🤍 Great Value, Clean Ingredients, Perfect Texture!
I purchased these after calculating the cost of making my own from pork rinds of the same clean ingredients. These are the better value. I intend to use them to make carnivore bread. So far I have only used them as fried chicken breading in place of using flour and it has turned out deliciously beautiful with great color, taste and perfect crunchy texture. I'm confident they will serve me just as well in a bread recipe. As long as their great value and pure ingredients hold true, I will count them among my stables.
