Cervical Orthotic Traction Block

It is a great product. I have experienced great results using it. I like that it has multiple levels for your neck to adapt. I have fallen asleep using this product; it is so comfortable.

I am blown away by the relief this and the lower back block have provided me. I've only used it twice but the first time I'm able to rotate my neck without pain or resistance and I can stand up straight without pain or feeling my lumbar throbbing. I've tried stretching, exercise, pain relievers and nothing has done for me more than these blocks. I'm not sure if this is a long term solution, but the short term has been a blessing. I've had 2 herniated discs in my lumbar for YEARS, no amount of PT has helped unfortunately. Thank you for producing a simple product that actually helps provide relief. I hope it does the same for others!

I purchased 4 different neck wedges around the same time, and this is the only one I liked. With the ability to lower the height of the wedge, it is appropriate for many different sized people. The top has a 2-tier height, which in theory provides support for the head. However, it does not work that way for me - it is awkward (thus one of the reasons for the 4 stars). However, I switch it around (place the shoulder side away from my shoulders) and it works fine. A few other reviewers commented on the hardness of the wedge, and absolutely - it is very hard (should be softer). I ended up with sores on my neck at the pressure point (where neck met the wedge), but was able to address hardness by placing a soft cloth between my neck and the wedge and it works (I use a soft washcloth, which is the perfect size).

This product is AMAZING. I suffer from painful TMJ— bad teeth grinding at night, pain during day, pain and bite displacement with eating. I develop lock jaw from time to time as well. I picked up this product with skepticism, and found it to be a miracle worker. With any pain triggers I use this brick, and within MINUTES I have 90% pain relief that lasts. It works by providing a pressure point to relieve muscle tension in difficult areas, as well as provide a platform for neck extension. I find the best way to use it is to work your way from the base of the head to the lower neck. This would be an excellent tool for those that suffer from migraines as well. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

I’ve been a physical therapist for over 15 years and work with a lot of people who have chronic pain, including neck pain and headaches. One of my patients told me about this product and so I did some research. I really appreciate how versatile this product is. It can be adjusted to 3 different heights to better fit a variety of people and their tolerance. One of the consequences of poor posture is the strain on the neck when the head sits too far forward. This flattens the curve in the lower neck and contributes to a lot of symptoms. I decided to get one of these for my clinic to allow my patients to try it before they purchase it and I liked it so much I had to purchase another one for myself! This is a great way to gently encourage the curve the lower neck. I usually have them start using it for one minute and then slowly increase from there. I find that just 5 minutes can make a difference! I don’t typically have them use it for longer periods to avoid being too aggressive. I’ve used this in my clinic and at home for several months now and it seems very durable. I highly recommend it for people who want to improve their posture and decrease strain to the head and neck.

This neck stretcher offers some solid relief for my chronic neck pain after long desk days—3 stars for the effort. The ergonomic design aligns the cervical spine nicely, which is a plus for budgeting. However, it’s a bit too firm for extended use, causing discomfort after 10 minutes, and the traction isn’t adjustable enough for my needs. Good starter option, but might not wow everyone.

This has helped relieve my neck pain. After reading other reviews I was worried it would be too firm, but I found it was perfect! I love that the height is adjustable. Hard to believe such a simple product could make such a big difference.

I bought this after my chiropractor recommended it to help return the curve to my neck. This device will hurt when you first use it if your neck is in bad shape but over a few days you will adapt. Use for short 3 to 5 min sessions to start. I use before bed to relax my neck and the allow the effects to take hold while sleeping on my back so that im not using my neck right after and defeating any effects. Will know over time how well it works but so far so good and long term use is going to be mandatory for me so I don't lose the curve in my neck once I get it back. Worth the money.
