Household setup: * A cat who kicks litter about like there's no tomorrow * A husky mix who sheds like crazy * Hardwood floors, medium pile carpet on stairs and low pile runners throughout the house Bought this Samsung after my Shark Pet Vac slowly lost all its suction power and I'm not disappointed in the slightest! Boy does this one pack a punch. On medium setting: 20/10 for dog hair on low pile runners, they've never looked so new!! 9.5/10 for dog hair on medium pile carpet stairs. Used a scraper afterwards and a tiny amount of fluff was still there 10/10 on hardwood for silicate cat litter, doesn't flick it around at all More pro's: + Incredibly quiet even on highest setting + Very light but feels sturdy and premium quality + Boost / higher setting is simply pressing a button once, not having to hold a trigger which is fantastic if you have problems with your wrists + Charges very quickly + Maneuvers easily and really gets in the corners + The long nozzle extends even further so cleaning skirting boards is easy without bending down too far + Easy to maintain, just rinse the bin and wash the filter Some con's - Doesn't like to stand up on its own so wall-mounting is the best option - Bin is on the small side - Bit fiddly to attach the bin after emptying but you'll get the hang of it - Not many attachments but I personally find I didn't use most of the ones the Shark came with anyways Bottom line: Powerful but easy to handle, especially for people who struggle with their wrists and/or bending down. Aced picking up stubborn dog hair from carpets and runners. 100% worth the price!

I purchased this in 2022, it’s now 2026 (just about!) so can write an honest and fair review Performance: I live in a small flat but on 4 levels (lots of stairs!) on one full charge I can vaccum the ground floor living room, small study adjacent and the 6 wide steps that lead up to the next level. I vaccum on the highest speed as the landlord hasn’t updated the carpets in probably 10+ years so it’s a very short pile that needs strength and suction to clean properly. I then need to let it charge up to a full charge (takes about an hour maybe more) before I can vaccum the rest of the stairs, bedroom and landing. It can be used for about 10-15 minutes from full charge to zero on max speed, if you use the mid speed it lasts a bit longer. The small attachments are great for cleaning in sofas, corners and hard to reach areas This makes it quite inconvenient especially if you used it, forgot to put it back on charge then it dies quickly the next time you use it so have knocked a star off for that Cleaning What I love about this vaccum is you can take the whole compartment apart and clean it thoroughly including the dust compartment, and inner filters. If it feels like it’s sucking up poorly that tells me it’s due a proper clean, I take the whole dust compartment apart, clean every piece thoroughly especially the fabric filter and leave to air dry all day/ night. Also cleaning the hair collector on the main brush head is a breeze, just take your scissors along it, cut the hair and the hair comes right off. Once all clean, performance feels like brand new again. I usually need to do the deep clean once month but regularly tip out the dust compartment as it fills up quickly/ sucks up so much dirt/debris Build I would say it’s quite heavy to handle. It’s fine for me but can feel a little heavy, but if you have arthritis or anything that impairs your wrists/ strength you’ll find it much harder to handle. The heavy battery is right behind the handle and the dust compartments quite heavy too making it really top heavy so can be annoying to manoeuvre. It’s pretty sturdy I’ve knocked it down the stairs multiple times (due to the handle being heavy if I lean it on the wall it can just topple over) and it’s not damaged it or impaired function Overall it’s a good vacuum for a small space and if you’re happy to wait for it charge in between then no problem. Since I vaccum regularly (deep once a week but also lightly in between) I definitely need something corded that won’t run out after cleaning half the house, and use this as a light vaccum in between deep cleans. it’s great that it’s cordless but dealing with a cord is less of a hassle than waiting an hour for it to charge up for the next part of the house. I also don’t like that if the battery gives out and needs replacing it’s nearly the same cost of the appliance itself, seems very unfair

This vacuum is just what I was looking for. I needed a lightweight vacuum for upstairs, to save carrying my other vacuum up the stairs. I've hung it behind a door with the fixings supplied & therefore it is permanently plugged in & ready to go. It's perfect for light usage. Brilliant for stairs without the wand/stick. I used the pet attachment & it easily lifted the pet hairs. I would find it hard work if I vacuumed the whole house with it as it isn't self supporting & doesn't pull itself along like the standard upright vacuums with brushes do. The main foot attachment is narrower than the standard models. It also wouldn't have the capacity to collect a house full of dust, grime & pet hair in one go. But it's not designed for heavy usage. The battery goes down quickly on the maximum power, but in actual fact if you're using it on carpets you'd struggle to use it on max as the suction is very powerful! I've used it on deep carpets & wooden flooring & very happy with the results.

Samsung really delivered with this vacuum cleaner. It’s a must‑have, especially for its excellent price‑to‑quality ratio. It’s incredibly easy to use, with intuitive interchangeable parts, and it’s simple to clean, so it always looks and feels like new. After almost two months of use, I’m very satisfied. The suction power on medium works very well. You might occasionally miss a larger crumb, but going over the spot a second time picks it up without any issue. The battery life isn’t the longest, but for a standard two‑bedroom flat it’s more than enough on medium power, with the occasional boost on max (which does drain the battery quickly). The build feels solid, and the design is sleek and modern. Highly recommended.

This is way better than any other expensive or overpriced products. It's lightweight, powerful Suction even on the lowest speed. It has a power button which you don't need to hold down and has 3 speed levels. Soon as you turn it on it will be on medium by default, I find it easy and powerful enough on the lowest level, it even picks up the cat litter on the lowest level and the battery will go on for at least 40 mins. On medium maybe 25 to 30 mins. However, the 3rd level is too powerful, I think it should only be used on anything stubborn because its Suction is so powerful that it will make you sweat if you're on carpet and the battery will be dead in 10 minutes, it's only there to be use for a few seconds. It charges fast and has the option of hanging it on the wall or elsewhere. Battery is so easy to put on and take off, if you don't hang it on the wall but if you hang it on the wall you don't need to do anything of course. Hope that helps

and very pleased. I wasn't sure what to expect after using an old Dyson corded vac' for decades and I have to say it's really very good. Being Samsung it's built really well, feels decent in use, the suction is more than adequate on no.2 (of 3 power settings) and even useable on setting 1 on hardwood floors. The powered brush works very well on carpets, collecting pretty well everything in it's path without having to redo any areas, the suction is too strong for the brush head on power no.3 so we use it on 2 or even 1. The wand itself and all the attachments fit with a reassuring 'click' and feel solid. We've decided to wall mount the charger so simply hang the vacuum in it when finished, the tools are held by the charging station so it's tidy and doesn't take up much space. We've got vinyl flooring in the kitchen, laminate in the front room, carpeted stairs/landing/hallway and a mix in 3 bedrooms...a full charge will do the whole house with 1 bar on the battery remaining so there's no need for another battery here, the cylinder might need emptying 2/3 times but we don't find that an issue. It's so quiet compared to the Dyson too! It's a great bit of kit, very convenient, nice to use, easy to operate, sounds good! etc. so we're really pleased with it overall.
