Why did I only receive just the 3 way brush? No cleaning solution, and also no single brush…..?

This solution is definitely a good product if you're getting rid of typical dirt. But I had an oil stain on my suede bag. It didn't take it off. I'm going to use it for shoes and other things in my household so it won't go to waste. I'm just a bit disappointed I couldn't save my purse. Btw, the dye didn't bleed from using this product, so that's a big plus.

This really cleans my shoes very well. It did not damage anything and really improved the shoe.

All you need to care for nubuck leather.

I ordered this to take out a grease stain in my suede shoes, and perhaps that's just a hopeless endeavor, but the advertising made me think this would work. Well, it didn't work. It's not clear how the separate elements are supposed to work together - the different brushes with the liquid.

I found the product to be great for restoring a quality suede finish but pretty poor at beating the few (probably) cooking oil-based stains. At first, it did look like they were emulsified and ready to be lightly scrubbed out but after thoroughly and slowly drying (with shoe trees in) there was only a minor change. So unless there is some universal cleanser that will destroy the oil without tearing off the suede it's something I'll live with. Frankly, I've had just as good results with sink soap so go there first. If that's the end, I will treat the very high end - (Steve McQueen, Daniel Craig) desert boots with waterproofing spray that will also resist oil-based stains. The same company does produce, what they claim, is a top-line water repellent but for the money, I'll start to save for another pair of boots. They haven't proven anything to me that would justify further investment.

Worked awesome. Got a splash of butter out of UGG slippers...pure oil on suede. I’d consider that a 5 star performance
