I ordered these having read all the reviews first. I contacted the seller and in the description had left the information for the hanger. Not only did they respond expeditiously, but super sweet! I got these today (ordered 2) and I'm in love!! So beautiful! The bow is lovely, the wood is really pretty and the date/name look gorgeous! Yes, the wire is a little thinner than I had anticipated, but perfect nonetheless. Great seller and great buy!!! You will be extremely pleased, and coming from me that is a lot, as I am incredibly particular.

Delivery expectations should have been properly set - paid extra next day delivery and delivery was going to be almost a week

The mailman lost this hanger flat out. All the post office could do is apologize. However magically about a month late it showed up, just today. The package looked like it has been through a war but the hanger is still perfect. The writing looks great and I love it. Although it wasn't around for photos and to show friends and family I still have the perfect hanger to store my dress on. Thanks.

Hanger had notch in it for straps was disappointed on the wire portion very flimsy and crooked/ bent. The writing was not very clear like in picture.
