This is a must to make your two feet the same height when stuck wearing an air cast! I wish I bought it sooner. Made life much easier!

I took a fall in our house due to getting my toe hung up in the oxygen tubing that my husband requires. I immediately knew that I was going to have to get another fracture boot as I have had to wear one in the past. It was a busy week ahead and I ordered the boot immediately. I immediately noticed at 54 years old that it was causing a problem with the alignment of my back. I was in my 30’s when I first had to wear one of these boots and it was a serious sprain but I didn’t notice it causing my back to hurt. I immediately started looking for a solution to alleviate the severe back pain that just the boot alone started causing. I looked at a couple of different options and found that some were frequently returned , so I decided on this one. It is not exactly the same height as the boot, but it doesn’t seem to be off enough to make my back hurt with every single step. I can only get a low style sock on my sore foot as it hurts to much to try and get a regular sock on my left foot.The boot was a great price and I remember the first time I hurt my foot in my 30s having to pay some medical supply company like $150+ for the boot. My original sprain was much worse and I had to wear the boot for like 6 weeks. It was during the summer and it got extremely bad smelling after about 4 weeks. So, I would recommend getting some sort of sock you can get on your foot and most importantly try not to get it wet. I also remember that it started hurting immediately after I fell and I ended up in the ER and getting X-rays done and with insurance, it was still expensive. This time, it was two days after the fall when my foot started hurting and the boot was a life saver. My husband had two Drs. appointments and a lab on three different days. Fortunately I was able to get the boot and this incredible product within the short time frame before the start of a busy week. After I got the boot, which I will also review, I immediately noticed that every step caused my back to hurt really bad. I knew immediately it was the alignment of my spine that was causing a severe nerve pain in my back. I started looking for something that would make me level and this was the first one I found. I looked at several similar options and this was the best one that I found. It has been a back saver and I don’t think I could have made his appointments without this product. Luckily , I was able to get this product the same day as well and everything got here quick enough for me to get ready for my busy week. My foot has improved significantly since the injury, but I was very lucky that I didn’t break anything, but just hyper extended my ligaments in my foot. Fortunately my husband has a nephew that is an excellent orthopedic surgeon and he looked at it and said that he would just get a boot for it.

As I ruptured my Achilles tendon and wearing an air boot cast, this shoe balancer save my life. Thank you!

I had to use a tall grey boot when I broke a bone in my right foot. Walking with the boot was throwing my back out and causing back pain and spasms. My podiatrist recommended this balancing shoe that attaches to my regular shoes and corrects the difference making walking easier and less effect on my back. I give it 5 stars!
