I've been using resin for a long while from different vendors and I can do a fair judgement at this point. It's a good quality product, fair amount for the price, jar is not full I believe for the reason to prevent spilling it out as it happened so many times with other vendors. It's my favorite brand so far if they keep the same quality.

There's a slight minty taste and kind of reminds me of a peppermint tea. This was just adding it to water. I'd add it to other drinks like hot chocolate or coffee and it'll be pretty goodEffectiveness: 5/5I don't drink coffee anymore, and this seemed to give me a bit of natural steady energy in the morning. It also helps get my water intake and mineral intake up so I love it.

Still the best brand I have used. Will recommend it to anyone who can afford it.

When I take this. It makes me feel very active

I normally am not very reactive to supplements. I can drink a pot of coffee and go to sleep, I never felt anything from Adderal, pre workout supplements don’t give me energy. However, certain things give my body a supercharge. One is smoked oysters/sardines and the other is shilajit.I’ve only ever tried this kind. I braced myself for it to taste awful but it’s really not. It has an earthiness to it and nobody should be bothered by it at all unless your taste buds are fully bombed out on Mountain Dew and Twinkies. I like the smell and taste of it now and look forward to drinking it twice a day.As I mentioned earlier, this makes my body buzz. It clearly supplies something I was missing and I feel energized taking this. Give it a shot and see how you feel. It’s called shilajit because this sheet is legeet.
