Exactly as described. Didn’t come with any instructions, but a quick google & a youtube video later I was able to fairly simply switch out the insides from my original fob. Getting my original fob apart was the hardest part (it broke into assorted pieces and parts went flying). New fob works perfect and I was able to switch out the blank key it came with to my original as well. o my current key.

My original fob had a worn out button. This fob case did the trick as a replacement. The original fob was a bit tricky and time consuming to get apart. But, putting the internal electronics into the replacement was easy. Look for helpful videos. The price on this fob replacement is much less costly than others.

Quedó perfecto para cambiar la carcasa de la llave que se rompió. Ideal para una Equinox 2016. Se siente resistente, fue buena compra.

Didn't match perfectly with the mechanical key, if the spring is armed the key doesn't stay in ,therefore I let the spring loose
