Works for relaxing your jaws
Those are very good quality and packaging, easy to use helps to have more flexibility in your jaws don’t know about shopping your faceWish they come a bit stronger as for men are to soft special the beginner, maybe a bit larger would increase the jaws opening.They definitely work and relax your jaws bites

Easy to use and clean
Takes some getting use to. Feels strange in your mouth at first. Takes regular use to notice visual difference to your jaw. Nice pack of 3 difference levels of resistance. For the price overall good.

Got a mouth ulcer after using it a couple of times
I don't know if it is me not using it correctly (there aren't any specific instructions in the box or online) but these give me tension head and neck pain plus they gave me a mouth ulcer the second time i used them. I think i m too late to return them otherwise i would. Waste of money in my opinion.

No change in jaw but a lot of change in temples
I bought this hoping to build my jaw muscles and to achieve better definition. I’m not sure whether the facial anatomy differs between genders (I’m a female) but this hasn’t worked my jaw at all. My temples however have completely transformed, they’re much more fuller than before. I can really feel the burn in my temples when I use it. My partner however, feels it working more in his jaw.I don’t find that the plastic bits come off like other reviews have mentioned, maybe I’ve been lucky in that sense.I use mine while wearing a retainer as it doesn’t feel great for the teeth.I do gag a little when using it but it’s very minimal.To summarise; I’d not recommend this for your jaw but would definitely recommend it for sunken temples.
