Those are very good quality and packaging, easy to use helps to have more flexibility in your jaws don’t know about shopping your face Wish they come a bit stronger as for men are to soft special the beginner, maybe a bit larger would increase the jaws opening. They definitely work and relax your jaws bites

I bought this hoping to build my jaw muscles and to achieve better definition. I’m not sure whether the facial anatomy differs between genders (I’m a female) but this hasn’t worked my jaw at all. My temples however have completely transformed, they’re much more fuller than before. I can really feel the burn in my temples when I use it. My partner however, feels it working more in his jaw. I don’t find that the plastic bits come off like other reviews have mentioned, maybe I’ve been lucky in that sense. I use mine while wearing a retainer as it doesn’t feel great for the teeth. I do gag a little when using it but it’s very minimal. To summarise; I’d not recommend this for your jaw but would definitely recommend it for sunken temples.

Intermittently using these and my jaw muscles certainly get worked. As for noticible differences it's been a few months but nothing of note. Kind of hard to keep in the mouth with wonky or offset teeth and jaw. Perhaps persistence will correct the offset jaw?

I had used these for a while, although infrequently, and hadn't notice any difference. I started taking it with me in the car when I go to work in the morning and using it while I drive. Although I hadn't noticed any difference, when I saw my girlfriend after a few weeks, she said my double chin had gone and that my face looked slimmer. I'm not sure if it had made any difference with my jawline. I guess it will take a long time of regular use for that. I think it does work, but you just have to use it regularly and stick with it.

Bought these as I’d been influenced by them online, but they didn’t do anything for me other than give me a sore jaw. I’ve been using them consistently for 2 months and no difference at all. The little replaceable mouth pieces pop off a lot and it just makes me want to choke on my own tongue. Don’t think I’ll be buying these again
