Item is as described. I like the idea of it and what it could have been. However, it arrived in single layer plastic packaging that didn't preserve it for the overseas trip that it took to get into the US. The item arrived with a dent on the side, and since there was not even a protective layer of plastic coating that could be peeled off, the item (as I received it) has many specks of dust and pieces of hair (!?) on it, making it look like it had previously been used. In good faith, I would not be able to recommend this to a friend. If I had to do it all over again, I'd spend the extra money for the legit U-Pet product.

My cat LOVED IT

Bought this so our brain damaged sweatheart can experience the outdoors like her brother and mom. Most other cats seem to be pretty horrified by it, but she is slow and wouldn't last a minute outside on her own. She'd be swooped up by a hawk if it weren't for this bag.
