This has helped with my headaches. I almost gave up on it because I still had tummy issues even tho it says stomach friendly. I switched to taking it before bed and no more tummy problems.

I am not anemic, but when I go to give blood I get denied for low iron. I've been taking these daily and now my iron is fine when I give blood. I don't have any upset stomach or anything when taking these pills.
