Wax falls away, my chocolate is suspended, mixed into a delicate taffy that is shaped perfectly for a bite. There’s no melted bittersweet confection coating this caramel cocoa, instead some magician has created a unique marzipan like layer that must be broken to get to the sweet core. Just when I’m regretting the end, I realize I should have three.

These taste so good! I bought another bag almost as soon as I finished the first bag. I'm going to wait until the weather cools off, though, to order any more chocolate.

Nice chewy texture. Seemed a little old but not bad. Good to have a few in purse for snack with coffee.
