Hi i burned my candle for 50 minutes and the smell is there for like 20-30 minutes ! So how does it properly work, i used it before im kuwaiti, ?

You should burn the candle with the bakhour in the same time and the smell will spread all arround the house , i love it i am been ordering from this company every month twice

Is the candle included?

There is one candle with the burner, to get you started. Thereafter you need to buy 3.5-4 hour candles from a nearby supermarket for best results!

I tried to reply through the email you sent but was unable to! My package was ripped open and very damaged. I took pictures but now what?l

Thank you for your inquiry. Dukhni Bakhoor burns fabulously on the exotic incense burner (slow burn for around 2.5 hours), with a t-lite candle. If you use it in an electric burner, burn time depends on the temperature o the burner. It could burn for between 5 mins and 20 mins - but the fragrance will stay in the room for a long while after the product has stopped burning. I hope you enjoy Dukhni Bakhoor !

Beautiful Scent that Does not Last Once the Candle is Out!

I was happy to discover a smokeless option for scenting my home and so I had high hopes for this bakhoor. Yes, it is quite lovely as long as it's warmed above a candle. However, an hour (or less) after extinguishing the candle flame, the perfume dissipates, contrary to the reports of some other reviewers. So, I'm disappointed. After all, I had hoped that, by now, it would have permeated everything in my abode. Instead, it looks like my favorite stick incense has the upper hand in staying power!Update: I've resorted to placing a square on the rings of my electric stove. I know, uncoventional use of a cooking appliance, but it gets the job done. After placing a square, I turn the stove on low. The scent burns stronger and no candle is needed. (I've found the process of blowing out candles to be a headache and I'd rather not resort to charcoal use.) Even with this technique, I'm still finding that the scent does not last in the air once the stove is turned off. To test it, I leave my apartment and re-enter some minutes later and find no trace of the scent. So, I'm on the fence as to whether I'll buy this bakhoor again.

Best I've used

I've had an electric burner, charcoal burner, but this is the best I've had. It heats consistently providing a lasting scent. No burning smell like charcoal burners. Adequate heat unlike electric burners. My only suggestion is wick choice. A candle with a wick that provides a "larger" flame will maximize the scent.
