So I go to a lot of kid sporting events. I get a lot of sun sitting in the stands. This hat does the trick. It protects me from the sun, is well made and is comfortable. My kids think it looks like a dad hat, but I am ok with that.

I can’t begin to explain how glad I am that I got this hat. I’ve been searching for a straw hat all summer with a chin strap that is the perfect shape and color. THIS HAT IS IT. Got a small/medium, fits my head like a glove. You won’t regret this hat!UPDATE: Ordered an extra one to keep as a replacement in case something bad happens to the first one I got. The first time I ordered it, the hat was delivered inside a box where it was safe from shipment damage. The second time I ordered, it just came in a plastic bag, and it was kinda hard to reshape the crown as it got dented in. Wish that people at the Amazon fulfillment centers would be mindful of crushable items.

I was unsure about getting this hat without seeing any pictures of it on a person, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did! I have a pretty small head and it's just a teeny bit big, but I decided to keep it because it's still somewhat snug/not too loose and it's good quality.I like the strap that keeps it on me if the wind blows it off my head, or if I don't want to hold it. It actually arrived sooner than expected, so I took it with me on a 3-week road trip up the PNW coast. It was perfect for keeping the sun off my face when outdoors (which was pretty much all day, every day) and it's a good-looking hat too! Just get this hat already!

favorite hat for fishing out on the water. lots of protection but still lets the breeze in. you can shape it how ever you want. I just wish the leather chord was darker but thats a peronal preference. a nice cowpoke alternative to a paddy hat or the billabong sombreros

I’ve struggled to find a hat that fits well, and has the right size brim, and isn’t floppy. This hat checks all the boxes and is really wellMade. It’s not too huge (I’m short and big hats look silly) and it fits well on my head.

Great hat but said on a sticker on the inside of the hat cancer and reproductive risk??? Kinda scary but none the less still wore it and it’s really good looking for a straw hat hence the 4 stars

Love love love this hat. No issues. Can't wait to hike in the Cascade mountains while wearing it !
