Please read this book
As I am going through my husband abandoning me and a painful divorce after a 20 year relationship, I worry, 'Is this it?" I had prayed for years for a better marriage and for my husband to be saved. Now, the future is a mystery. This book really helped me to open my eyes to the fact that God loved me and freed me from a toxic relationship. Is this the first step in my waiting?? Right now I don't know what is to come but I believe the end of my wait is coming into focus. I do know that I completely trust God with my life and His will. I didn't want this book to end because it became a meaningful guide for me. I highly recommend it for any circumstance and especially for a divorce journey. I learned many life changing answers from the lessons in this book.

Moving!
I barely made it to the 3rd page because the introduction pagea 1-2 moved me so much that I began crying! Her prayer "Lord, my heart is in a wobbly place, teetering between fear and faith. Jesus infuse my soul with courage to trust your ways and your timing." is so appropriate to what I am going through at this time and asking God as well. The book provides solace to all of us in the waiting and seeing season. It gives us the extra wisdom and encouragement to keep our faith sp we can see God's vision for our lives.

I recommend this book to everyone
This book is helping me so much. Right after I saw this book on Amazon and put it in my cart for a later-date purchase, I found out I have leukemia. This book is bringing me some peace and I'm only a couple chapters in. I recommend this book to everyone.

Such a nourishing and wonderful read!
Will this opportunity come available? Wait and see. Will my efforts finally be rewarded? Wait and see. Will I get that job/promotion? Wait and see. Will I meet my goal to_____? Wait and see. This is our life. We all have hopes, dreams, and expectations, but more often than not, we're stuck in a season of waiting. And waiting is hard. So. Hard.Reading Wait and See [affiliate link] was like finally having that drink of water when you've been stuck in the wilderness for so long. It's nourishing and gives you that little oomph to keep going. My soul needed these words, and I'm so thankful God used Wendy to speak to me in this season. It reminded me that joy is found in the journey--in tending your own pasture. Joy is found in the quiet corners of our lives, precious time spent with our families. We can't live for some thing/event, or everything will pass us by. Tiny, seemingly insignificant moments, are the building blocks of life, and a well-lived life is found in the present.

Such a blessing
If you're in a season of waiting and wondering when God will open that next door, you need this book. It's been a tremendous blessing and it's helped change my perspective about waiting on God to open doors.

A relatable, important, and Spirit-breathed book for those waiting
This book read my mail. It was so relevant, and was absolutely used to confirm the Truth amid lies during my personal wilderness season. In it were lessons and scriptures God put on my heart, sometimes the day before or day of then stumbling upon them again in these chapters. I recommend this to anyone who feels isolated, abandoned, unheard by God, depressed, or struggling with doubt. God is GOOD; hold onto faith in that one truth, and the lies the Enemy tells us amid chaos and disorder in our circumstances, will just have to be silenced, ignored, and taken captive. We have the victory through Christ Jesus! Satan has already lost! Don’t listen to his lies.

Perfect timing
At a time in my life when I didn't actually know I was waiting, I saw this book and was charmed by the cover (yup, full-on judged a book by its cover!) so added it to my list for quiet time Bible study. I love how open and honest Wendy is throughout the book, making me feel comfortable that it's a REAL EVERYDAY WOMAN speaking to me and not a 'holier than thou' person about to make me feel very guilty for breathing wrong. With an A-type personality this book hit me right in my pride and made me take a long slow look at myself whilst giving me the tools needed to overcome myself and focus solely on Him and His plans for me (which are guaranteed to be better than my plans, anyway). I recommend this book for every Christian woman, no matter where you are in your walk with God - He will meet you even if you didn't realise you were waiting.

A must read for the woman who is in a season of waiting!
Are you in a season of waiting? Waiting on God to answer a prayer? Waiting on a dream to come true? What if we could learn how to wait well? Then I highly recommend Wendy Pope’s book, Wait and See: Finding Peace in God’s Pauses and Plans. Wendy shares about her own season of waiting as well as the life of David, an excellent example of waiting well during his 15 years from the pasture to the palace. Wendy says, “God’s Timing is always perfect, and God is Never Late.” If you are beginning to doubt if you heard God correctly in your season of waiting, then you will want to read this book. I highly recommend it!

A good read.
I did the Bible plan on the bible app and decided to buy the book. A good read with supportive tips and encouraging words to help you see God's bigger plan while you wait. Still not easy, but supports it being manageable at least.
