I bought this rechargeable light for its flame light option. It was purchased to sit inside of a felt play campfire to give it a more realistic look. It works perfectly. Charge it with a micro usb charger. Cord is included. The remote changes the light from a realistic flame to steady on and a soothing slow strobe. This was of course purchased for j kids ages 2,6 and 7 and can be operated manually by the 2year old or by remote for the older girls. Needless to say amazing kids minds have found endless uses for it besides their campfire. It decorated their table for tea parties. Lights up their pop up tent. Travels from room to room to Closet to basement as their own personal light. No need to worry about it getting left on since you just plug it in to recharge. It is actually very bright and the charge lasts a remarkably long time. Yes the kids like the felt campfire that was their main gift but this simple light peaks their imagination on a daily basis.

The media could not be loaded.  I was looking to get some sort of flame/candle light that would work in a clear skull I have and came across these and thought they look like they would be pretty good. I wasn't disappointed. Not to mention you get two for a reasonable price. Check out my video and you will see that it's pretty cool. I don't really have a use for the hanging function however the gravity feature is pretty neat. If you're looking for flame light where you don't have to replace batteries in this may be your top choice. It's not very big in size but puts off a great amount of light. I love that I can charge it by USB and not have to replace batteries when they die. I definitely recommend them if you're looking for something like this. I bought a single lamp for personal use on my deck. Loved it so much I bought 25 more for a community fundraiser. The lights are bright and have 3 different settings: fire, fade and steady. We used fire mode as the theme of the fundraiser was fire. They are rechargeable....so no need to buy batteries. The remotes came in handy. I was able to turn on all of them in just a few seconds instead of one by one. Great product!

The media could not be loaded.  the timer function is very helpful to get the most out of each charge. i use my almost every night and a full charge will last about a week before needing recharging. the reason I'm only giving it four stars is because it look nothing like the picture and they are quite small. but as you can see in my video they work well. only gripe I have is they don't look like actual flames like it is depicted in the illustration. the gravity function works well. i like that the remote has a dimmer function.

Fun little lanterns! Love that there are two lanterns and each has a remote as I use them in two different locations. I love the flame mode for my back patio at night or even alongside a nice relaxing soak in the tub. But I also use the solid light for reading at night to try to get me relaxed before bedtime as I have difficult falling asleep if the lights are too bright. No issues with shipping, arrived on time and timer has so far worked as expected. I really do love these little guys! By themselves they’re a little bland looking. But I have put them inside of a lantern or a bowl with some rocks to spruce up the look a little bit and they’re super cute. Could decorate with them anyway you want. Definitely recommend. I’ve use them quite a bit at least an hour or so most nights and haven’t had to recharge even after several weeks. The only reason for a partial deduction would be that I wish the lights would go even dimmer or even a little bit brighter, but nearly really perfect as is :)

The media could not be loaded.  I bought these to put in our fireplace; in the Texas summer (and spring, and fall) the fireplace doesn’t get much use, but I love the ambience of a fire.So, how does it look? Well, see for yourself. I have both lights sitting on top of a 10000mah battery pack, so I can recharge the lights by just pushing a button on the battery pack.The brightness seems to be Just Right-with the lights in the room at 80% and sun streaming in the French doors. I suspect I will turn it down when the sun goes down, and I have the lights in “movie mode”.In addition to letting you change the mode to any of the three (flame, solid light, or “breath”) the remote let’s you adjust the brightness in the first two modes, and lets you access a time mode that turns the lights off after 1, 2, 3, or 4 hrs, or turn them off or on. Range is shortened substantially by having a grate in front of the fireplace, but that is certainly no fault of the lights or remote. The couch is about 12 feet away, I turn the lights on if I lean forward and reach out a bit.Overall, a very nice product. For the price difference, I don’t know why anyone would ever buy the 1-pack. I wouldn’t change a thing about it in its current form.However. If the manufacturer is listening…It’s not the intended use of this product. I get that. But if there was a similar product say…16” long with 4 of these sets of LEDs on a base with red LEDs inside, with a base that faintly pulsed (like breath mode, but between 60 and 100% brightness) while the top looked like flames… and a battery big enough I only had to charge it weekly, with the same timer options… I’d have already bought it. Darn. Now I have to go search Amazon and see if that already exists… or if I need to buy another 2 or 4 of these and make my own.

This thing holds a charge forever if you are not using it. It charges easily via USB, and the flame effect is quite realistic when you’re not really paying attention. I silicone a PVC connector to it, and used it as a portable “torch”. In the photo I am pretending to be a lamplighter to my granddaughters Mary Poppins. Once it got dark many people commented as to how realistic we looked. Once someone needed to find us in the flame guided the way! Thank you for this great little product. Enjoy!
