Copper Polenta Pot

This is a really well made copper pan. The heavy thickness helps to cook polenta and similar foods evenly. I am so pleased with the pan and the size I got. I still haven't decided if I like the rounded handles best or if I should have bought one with a long wooden handle. But the final results are great.

My pot arrived much earlier than expected!! I am amazed at the quality of this pot and the price point was very reasonable for this level of quality. You will not find anything like this in the states for this price point and probably not the weight. The first thing I am cooking in it is Apples Charlotte, so it will serve as a perfect mold. The possibilities are endless with this pot!

Beautiful copper polenta pot. A remembrance of our Italian grandmother and her delicious polenta. This pot is truly a work of art, too nice to be put in a cupboard, will be hung on the kitchen wall. Customer service at Bottego del Rame contacted me twice, thru email, to confirm the size of pot. Ordered 10 1/4" (26cm) large enough to hold a nice serving size and not splatter over the sides. Ordered item on Dec. 15, 2021 and received it before Christmas! Their customer service expedited the order, without my asking, and still had free shipping. This came in a week! Much faster than I expected!! It is a gift for my Mother for Mother's Day, I had no idea it could come so soon! I had planned on just printing a picture of it for her. She is going to be over the moon excited about it! She has been making polenta my whole life and has been talking about having an authentic pot from Italy just like her Zia Rosetta had when she was growing up on her farm in Lodi, Italy. This pot is one of the most beautiful things I have ever seen! When I opened it to check it out I cried and I know my mother will too! Thank you!!!

This was ordered on Sunday and delivered same week on Wednesday. From Italy Firenze to Boise Idaho, it was delivered at my door step when I got home. Quality is the best made of copper and heavy pot. It is the best and the wrapping and packing was well done to preserve the integrity of pot. I REALLY LOVE IT!!

Beautiful polenta pot! Very solid, beautifully made. My old tin lined polenta pot is smallish and I just can't get it right in my rice cooker. This was expensive but I think I'll have it forever.

Amazing work! Nothing like cooking in copper! This is our 1st family heirloom. My wife loves it for her jelly and jam making. Great 7th anniversary gift. Had several interactions with them before ordering and they were fantastic! We hope to visit when this pandemic is over.
