This may be a good product for someone who doesn't require the flexibility.Unfortunately that's why I bought it, and that is the first word in the description. The largest mat is somewhat flexible, but not much. The smaller two are not.I needed flexible. Returned.

Bright!3 sizes allows me to use up only as much counter space as needed, choosing the right size.Flexible but thick and firm/strong, so they're really EASY TO WASH. Just hot water and some soap do the trick before they're ready to dry and put away!Marks from knives are hard to make, though after using mine for a while there are a few signs of having been used.They're hard to lose and just are great for anything (just short of a steak cutting board that collects juices)

Excellent Cutting Mats! Flexible and Stylish!Ordered this set to replace a couple thick, plastic and worn cutting boards. I was initially a bit apprehensive since I was moving from cutting "boards" to cutting "mats". But, these mats quickly proved themselves worthy.They have a different texture on either side . . . one side helps the mat to adhere to the counter or other work-area . . . and the other helps to steady the food a bit while cutting. They are thin enough to be quite flexible, which makes transferring food to bowls or pots very easy. However, they are in NO way flimsy.Great colors and well made (each has a corner-hole provided, should you wish to hang them). . . I would most definitely recommend these to anyone looking for help with kitchen-work.

These are just the right thickness - way thicker than the cheap ones that don't last but still have some flexibility to help with pouring chopped veggies, etc. into your bowl or pot. They've gone through the dishwasher fine a few times now and it's so handy to be able to hang them up, rather than storing away some where. I also like the variation of sizes - so often I just want to chop a few things and don't need the big one.

heavy weight, did not curl after being washed in a very hot water dishwasher. Much better than the thin plastic counter top protectors, and does not slide across the counter. Colors are a bit off-putting, but the gauge and quality of the material used to construct these mats is clearly superior to similar products

Colorful and very handy to use. Dishwasher safe. Good thickness to these cutting mats. They do not curl up in the dishwasher and remain flat. I highly recommend these mats for their quality and usefulness. They are well made and hold well.

I love these little mats. They are thin with just the right amount of flex - rigid enough to be substantial, strong, and flexible enough to bend and pour cut veggies into the pot. The underside has a non-slip texture, the mat surfaces clean particularly easily without the staining I've found on so many other similar mats.

Cheap and easy to clean and use. I gave away the orange one because I don't like the color orange. But the blue and green ones are used daily. They show cut marks but throw them in the dishwasher and they're sanitized. They don't slide on my granite countertop. They are lightweight. I forgot to check if they are recyclable but if they are, I will recycle when the surfaces are so cut up that I can't sue them anymore and buy them again. Hopefully they will change out the orange for another color though.
