ORGANIC Ethiopian Berbere Seasoning from Silus Enterprises, 17 OZ.

It is not 32 Oz. as promised. It is in a container that might measure 32 fluid Oz. but it is only 3/4 full. I was looking for a quicker way to make Ethiopian food for the family. My hope is that its taste is better than the advertised measurements.

I love to cook Ethiopian food and this Berbere blend is the best blend that I came across so far. I use it to cook Ethiopian food and generally use it on any food that I need to add a fiery taste. It tastes vary authentic, fresh and appetizing.It came in a very good packing (with a seal) and the quantity is very generous as compared to other brands.I will stay a regular buyer of this brand.

This is great..l if instead of berbere you want two lbs of cumin and cayenne.

This is the good stuff. Had others from Amazon but this one tastes authentic!

Great for everything - Spicy, totally delicious and so versatile!My former roommate was from Eritrea and he introduced me to the Berbere spice - it great because it has cayenne pepper, red pepper, black pepper and ginger and marries them to bold flavors like ginger, cardamom, cumin and cinnamon. I have been looking for the best blend of Berbere until I came across  ORGANIC Ethiopian Berbere Seasoning from Silus Enterprises, 32 OZ. . First I received my order faster than I thought. No my meals are great. My family and friends have been asking me what I have been using on my food when they try it.Depending on how hot you like your food a little of this goes a long way. Oh and it leaves a such a lovely smell in the kitchen after cooking. It is so versatile you can use it on almost anything. This will make all of your dishes even more fantastic with this spice.

This is by far the best Berbere I have tried. It is as close as it could get to the authentic Ethiopian berber. The quantity is a lot for the price and it comes in a nice sealed container that is very convenient for reuse. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
