Seagate ST373455SS-DELL CHEETAH 73GB 15K.4 SAS DELL (ST373455SSDELL)

If you are buying one of these drives at this point, you aren't doing any groundbreaking computing. You are just trying to keep an old system alive a little bit longer. I purchased one of these drives to replace a failing drive in a raid 10 array. It works fine in my Dell poweredge 2900. Once installed on a caddy and inserted the array rebuilt by itself. The drive I received showed an old manufacture date, but it was an unused drive.

I am very impressed that these Seagate ST373455SS-DELL CHEETAH 73GB 15K.4 SAS DELL (ST373455SSDELL) drives included the mounting trays. All I had to do is slide out a bad drive and slide in one of these new drives.They even have the label on the outside handle that says: "SAS 73GB 15K" just like my old drive trays had,I wish the description had mentioned that they included the mounting trays, since I thought they were bare drives and I ordered extra trays from another Amazon vendor.Also, the picture does not show the drive trays.
