Does what it needs to do , is a little flimsy but it’s not really noticeable when you actually mount your monitor on your stand

Works ok but the wide profile makes it easy to bend. Best solution is for Dell to make VESA compatible monitors.

Gods works as intended

Adapter is snug fit and not wobbly at all (using on a Dell S2316H), you just have to make sure that you push it in deep enough so that the monitor's built-in button/lock mechanism fully latches on to the adapter. Props to the team at Gladiator Joe's for my request of having a custom-welded piece that perfectly hangs on a Dell P2319H rider stand. And special thanks to Elizabeth for being patient, understanding and following through with the completion of the order.

Works perfectly. Solid mechanical connection to the monitor. The part where is snaps to the monitor is shaped exactly like the connection part of the original stand, so it snaps in place just right. Note that this adapter will position the monitor about an inch or so forward compared to a monitor that is directly connected to your vesa stand.
