Systane Ultra Lubricant Eye Drops, Preservative-Free Vials, 30 ea - 2pc

I have been using these eye drops for awhile as a supplement to my autogolous eye drops. I also use the gel drops at night. I have extreme dry eye and with all the fires around this has been a miserable time so I was glad to have these drops.

Works the best of any drops I've used for dry eye

I did not order this product and I am furious sit was sent and I was charged.. Oily and feels terrible in my eyes

This review should have been for the Systane Balance Restorative product, though I am also happily using the ultra lubricant product when using my eyes for long periods to knit or online.I really don't know why none of the ophthalmologists to which I went with severe dry eye (literally no tear layer) ever recommended that I try this. After several years of using Genteal (*also made by Alton at twice the price*) I was getting ready to accept that I might have to use Restasis. I really didn't want to go that path for many reasons.When ordering my umpteenth bottle of Genteal, the size that I was using was out of stock. On the recommendations happened to be the Systane Balance restorative product. Noticing that it, too, was made by Alton, I ordered some to try.FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YEARS MY EYES ARE NOT BLOODSHOT AND PAINFUL!!I don't know if this will work (as it has for me) for others, but I certainly recommend that you try it for a week if you have dry eye!I'm so very glad that I did.

Great drops with no preservatives.
