The tape works well giving good support and seems to alleviate the pain from the tendons in my arm

I’ve been using this tape for 6 months mainly for my knees as I run alot. However due to having pulled my shoulder a few weeks back I thought I’d try it out and it’s burned me taking it off 😭 but amazing for my knees when running. Great product

After 20 physio sessions, 2 mris, 6 nerve block injections in my lumbar joints and hip xray I'm still not any closer to finding the cause or cure for my pain. The only thing that really helps is wearing sports tape to make me more aware of moving and to limit my stretch. These are precut so less faffing about trying to cut the right length. I wear 2 across the bottom of my spine crossed over like an x which helps reduce my movement when the pain is very bad. My tens machine is also a source of relief but a nuisance with long cable tangling up. These have good adhesion and luckily I'm not allergic to these as I am with some medical patches and plasters. They stay put and I can't get a good couple days out of them as long as I don't get them wet in the shower.

Sticks well and holds well.Definitely worth the price and easily pre cut strips make it very easy to put on.Little trick to take off is a loads of oil.

It does the job but when I took the tape off it ripped my skin and left me in pain

I normally buy RockTape but am trying to find an alternative that is as good but cheaper. This product is the best alternative kinesiology tape to RockTape I've found so far. I apply the tape to my knee and most tapes start to peel off almost immediately. This one stays on longer and is as comfortable as RockTape. Being pre-cut is a nice added bonus.

the only thing comming out of china is corona virus and garbage tape with no glue, flimsy material that did not even hold for 1 hour. the glue is sub par in some instances and the paper stuck to the tape in others. very flimsy overpriced

At first I found it a bit tricky to put on as i couldn’t see exactly we’re I was placing it .But got it right in the end.It’s doing it’s job supporting my knees I find it easier than knee support as they tend to stop the circulation in my legs .
