Mercedes-Benz Interior Car Care Kit

The travel bag which is actually black and the product packaging was very nice and of Mercedes Benz high quality. You can carry the bag which comes with a strap, as a crossbody bag for leisure reasons. My MB has black interior so the bag color was perfect for me. I have not used the two products yet (window cleaner and console interior cleaner) but feel they will be fine. I am very happy with this product purchase. I have the MB Designo Porcelain leather interior in my MB and I would not recommend using the interior cleaning polish on the leather surfaces. Both products are probably OK for most other surfaces and materials.

Has strange unclear directions. I called Mercedez and they had never heard of the cockpit lotion.Waste of money.

Works good, less than what the dealer wanted

Reallly, Nothing extraordinary to say. It is a standard quality product not at the level of Mercedes Benz brand, anway serve the purpose for which it was designed.

Product was leaking when arrived.

The case was lovely. There were 2 products only included - nothing that addressed any cleaning issues I had. A lot of case compartments included no product whatsoever.I seriously doubt that I got what I paid for.
