I'm so glad I took a chance on this supplement! I've tried various nootropics, but this one's a keeper. I wanted to see if the rhodiola level would help. I've bought several bottles of Vitacost Stress Support, but decided to toss this Mercer Adaptogen Complex (MAC from now on) into my cart to compare since it was only $10. When I feel anxious, stressed, and irritated, I take the Stress Support and feel calm in about 20 minutes. This time I took the MAC while I was in my virtual class. Whenever I'm anxious during class, I listen, but I'm usually toggling between 3 browsers (TMZ, People, Reddit lol). When I took the MAC, I noticed my brain stopped its constant chatter, I had no extra browsers open, and was focused 100% on class. I just realized this is the longest review I've ever written!

I've had a chronic headache off and on for the past couple of years. I took this stuff in the morning and my headache is largely gone. I don't know if the two things are related yet, but this stuff certainly doesn't seem to be doing any harm.

Great for anxiety and over all health

My husband is happy with this ashwagandha-centric adaptogen complex. He stresses very easily and cyclically, it worsens, making him difficult. Then we discovered ashwagandha, which by itself, works wonders and keeps the cycling moodiness to a minimum. He began experimenting with adding other adaptogens -- basically, what's in this complex -- and the results are fantastic.This jar contains sixty pills -- one month's worth of adaptogens -- for a very reasonable price. Its other ingredients include holy basil, astragalus, and rhodiola rosea, plus a few more, and bioperine for absorption. These things help balance the body and reduce stress. They also improve his sleep. He takes a separate larger supplement of ashwagandha and this daily, and I'm seeing a huge difference. When he isn't stressed, I'm not stressed. I love it.

I was looking for herbal tea blends or a supplement for my father that just underwent a knee replacement. Something that had a variety of herbs that could help ease stress, anxiety, and/or pain, without interfering with any of his current medications, that would also have physical healing benefits that would boost wound healing, cellular function, or improve circulation. This was the only blend I have been able to find that meets my specified criteria AND was well within my budget.
