Good quality print, but colors were inaccurate to the image online

The product description was "PAPER SIZE: 32 x 45 cm (12 x 18 inch) - A3. Printed with a small border around the image," but as you can see in the attached photo the image is only 12x15" with a very large border on the top and bottom. Unfortunately I also bought a 12x18" frame to go with this that I cannot use and have to buy another. Due to the nature of the image I must keep it and it is a very nice quality print, but I am extremely disappointed after a long wait that it was not the same as described when I made the order.

This poster is beautiful, of great quality and was received much sooner than expected.
