Awesome product. I train jiu jitsu, it's extremely physically demanding and after class I'm always completely exhausted and starving. I started taking 1 to 2 tablespoons before class and felt a noticeable difference in my energy levels. I also noticed that after training I didn't feel the urgent need to eat like I usually do. Using it as an alternative energy source to carbs, paired with the l-carnitine has also helped me greatly with cutting weight for tournaments without losing muscle mass. I've tried a lot of MCT oils, but I'll be sticking with this one from now on. Best on the market.

Good Product. Good taste. I haven't decided if the quality justifies the price yet. I have tried less expensive, straight MTC products prior and had similar results. That said the only fault I can find here is the price.

amazing energy. taking it daily and I've even put a tablespoon in my coffee in the mornings to jump start my day. love the concept of combining the mct oil with l-carnitine. The MCT is from pure coconut oil too which is a huge plus for me. Great hybrid product and giving me great energy when I exercise. My trainer recommended and I'm very happy with the product so far.

I've used MCT Oil for a few months now and I have become way leaner and I love using it before training. However, this one is taking it to another level, the endurance and energy I experience while using this MCT with L-Carnitine is far superior than just using MCT Oil by itself. Great combination, I highly recommend for intense activity and workouts.

Great Product!!! Once again I purchased more MCT Oil and it was delivered right on schedule. This product is amazing and I really enjoy it before workout.

I was excited to try this product as I have used MCT for a while now and I'm a big fan of its positive effects. Mixing it with L-carnitine only makes this product even better and the endurance while training is superb. I've also shredded some fat and turned that weight into muscle by using more healthy fats and less carbs.
