Q: Does it have a ceramic interior

No it has a painted interior, After 18 months of use , despite careful cleaning the interior of ours started to rust and paint on top panel of the interior Has wrinkled and bubbled up. Never seen this before on a microwave. Will be replacing by ours with a new one with a stainless interroir.

Hello, we have not noticed anything that looks like a crack on the door during cooking or otherwise. Perhaps your door has a crack which is only obvious at that time. It could be that it was damaged in transit.

Irrespective of height, you need another 30 cms on top. (Too tall, by about 20 cms, to fit under a worktop cabinet.) It's actually close to 30 cms high, about a foot! I can't use mine due to these restrictions, which you don't know about until you've bought the blasted thing.
