Installers didn't know how to install
Installation service is so bad and the wire comes with no plug and the installing company left it like this telling me that they don't have the head.. so why did they come!!

Good cooking range but no customer service
Cooking range is very good, it stopped working after 3 weeks but it was because the electrician did not use the appropriate plug in the wall. Make sure to get a good installation service to avoid this.Otherwise, there is no customer service available. Only siemens website is there and it doesn't help with anything. No phone number no nothing! such a shame that such a reputable brand have this poor customer service.
