Beautiful little film.
This film is very easy watching and has a delightful storyline. When struggling to find something for my Parents to watch I tried this and they were delighted with it as was my daughter.

One of the best CGI cartoons - very funny, very clever.
One of the best CGI cartoons - up there with the original Toy Story, Up, Coco, and Inside Out. Funny, very clever, moving, even thought provoking, and with a wonderful, insane, cameo from Sasha Baron Cohen. It's even got a nice, unexpected, twist in its tail. Definitely worth watching - even buying - if anyone still buys DVDs!

Finding Nemo meets Ratatouille (and Splash from the 80s)
Without giving anything away, the movie follows the story of two boys (who also happen to be talking fish when underwater) and their blossoming friendship. There's some wonderful moments when the boys do crazy boy things, like riding a home made Vespa down the side of a rocky hill. Took me right back to a time I rode a trolley down a grassy bank with my best friend, only to whizz across the road at the bottom, narrowly missing our CDT teacher on his morning drive to work. Of course, they squabble mid film and have to overcome selfishness and pride in order to sort things out before the movie resolves. Here comes the Nemo: the boys turn in to fish like monsters when underwater. No spoilers there- it's on the cover. That's the Nemo bit from my review title (the sea world looks just like that movie) as well as the "Splash from the 80s". The whole "fish" thing seems a bit unnecessary though. It does provide some laughs but I think it was ultimately a slight distraction. The film could have produced the same effect (perhaps ultimately better) without it. The storyline could have easily been tweaked. I almost want to give it four stars but five won out. I'd give it 4.5 if I could.A friendship that consists of true love and sacrifice are sweetly and wonderfully portrayed. Too sweet and innocent for some it seems. The Internet is awash with theories that here we have a story of a blossoming gay romance. But these boys are just prepubescent friends. Why make everything about sex? Thankfully, the director has spoken out. It's not a film about sex. It is what it is at face value.Oh- why Ratatouille? The whole thing is set in the Italian Riviera. OK- so Ratatouille was France. But they're both set in beautiful parts of Europe and they definitely feel alike in that way. I have some European blood- and I'm really attracted to both these moves. Perhaps for that reason!Highly recommended. Watch it, and be transported back to the struggles and joys of childish but true friendship.

Another brilliant charming Pixar film
I get this out the way these people the 1% both in the amount of people who own 3D and actually give a 1% score NOT on the film but the fact they can't get over it's NOT financially worth doing physical media 3D for the 1%. 3D TV stopped manufacturing in 2017stop throwing the toys outa the pram.Everytime I see " NO 3D = NO Sale I chuckle , like REALLY lol do you think Disney/ Pixar care er NO !As for the film it's charming, great narrative and characters and the usual stunning animation you would expect from Pixar 😁😉.PS It had to be said about No 3DA sulky 1 score is NOT a true reflection of a stunning film,Get a decent 4k O Led and stop complaining !?Another brilliant Pixar film.
