These vitamins are great for sustained all day energy. It doesn’t give me a boost like caffeine but it has helped me to stay awake and active on most days. The only exceptions have been days with strenuous physical activity - you will still get tired. I love that I no longer have mid-afternoon slumps. It feels way healthier than caffeine.

I keep this by my work desk and eat them during the day. Not sure if this actually gives more energy but it taste so good!
