Amazon Grocery, Pure Lemon Extract, 16 Fl Oz (Previously Happy Belly, Packaging May Vary)

This is now a new pantry staple just like vanilla extract. Roots and refuge form on YouTube recommended this product. I tried it because everything we don't have fresh lemon and love it. It doesn't have an aftertaste. The flavor of lemon is intense as you would expect with an extract. And the cost is great. I've used it to make lemonades, lemon sauces, and plan to use it for lots of other things that require a lemon flavor.

Great product to use for baking. I make all sorts of cookies and the flavor sure is there. I used to be a professional baker for a grocery store and to keep up with my baking I use this product. Great flavor as well as taste. Not too strong.

Though the Happy Belly lemon extract has a little more alcohol in it than I like, the lemon flavor comes through nicely. Good for both baking and cold recipe items like sorbet and in drinks.

Tastes very much like shaving cream or alcohol chemical. Threw it out. Ruined several recipes. Taste it first. Awful.

When I do use this lemon extract I know the taste will be there, with the ease of use with the ingredients, quality says it all, and baking abilityif the flavor is still there after baking the ingredients. Thanks!
