I've never had the best luck with aftermarket wifi antennas in the past. Often times getting worse performance than the oem antennas. I recently purchased an ax3000 outdoor AP for long range coverage and I wasn't getting the speeds I was hoping for at an outbuilding 175ft +/- from the AP with a clear line of sight. I moved the AP several times and couldn't get more than 40mbps at the door and no usable signal inside. One the final attempt to move the AP around I broke one of the original antennas and needed a replacement. I looked at several antennas before settling on these. They arrived 2 days later and I replaced the 2 6db antennas with these 10db antennas. What happened next was somewhat mind blowing. I ran a speed test at the door of the outbuilding and was getting 806mbps down and 50mbps up on my 1gbps cable internet and inside I was getting 450 down and 44 up. On the back side of the building, about 220ft from the AP with no line of site I was still getting around 50 down and 10 up. I was really surprised by the results. These antennas were a last ditch attempt before either going to a wireless bridge setup or adding a second AP for a mesh network, either way would've been problematic due to lack of outlets at or near the building. These antennas saved the day and solved my problem. They've been in use for a few days now and they're working like a champ. They were definitely worth the money
